The Director
and Founder
Born and raised in New York, Jatrine Bentsi-Enchill received a
B.A. in History from Williams College in Williamstown,
Massachusetts. After graduating from Williams, Jatrine took a year
off and worked as a paralegal for the Wall Street law firm of Davis
Polk and Wardwell. She went on to attend the UCLA School of Law, and
later joined the litigation department of Los Angeles-based
Breidenbach, Swainston, Crispo and Way. Although the practice of law was
challenging, Jatrine yearned for greater professional and
personal fulfillment. She decided to combine her passion
for people and teaching into developing her own company.
Jatrine Bentsi-Enchill is the CEO and founder of InSite Corporate
Coaching & Training, a full service Personal and Organizational
Development Company. A dynamic speaker, trainer and leader, Jatrine
brings a wealth of legal, non-profit, business and corporate
experience to her coaching and training practice.
Jatrine has received both national and local recognition for her
work. She’s been featured in the 20th anniversary issue of
Oprah
Magazine, Woman’s Day, Health and Deep South, and
Urban Influence magazines, to name a few, and has also graced the cover of
Today’s
Charlotte Woman.
Development of InSite Corporate Coaching & Training
The company focuses on helping organizations create
inclusive, productive, and effective work environments
through customized training and coaching programs in the
areas of leadership development, communication, cultural
competence, team development, and more.
Recently, Jatrine established the Esq. Development
Institute, a new division of InSite. Esq. provides
Executive and Personal Coaching, training and consulting
designed to address the professional and personal
challenges faced by lawyers and law firms.
Coaching and Leadership Credentials
A graduate of the Coaches Training Institute, she is a
Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (*CPCC) and utilizes a
coaching model that actively involves the collaboration of both
client and coach. She maintains an active coaching practice where
she helps leaders, executives, business owners and professionals
achieve their personal and professional objectives.
A frequent speaker at various organizations and a guest lecturer
at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, she has
also published articles on coaching, cultural diversity, work life
balance, career development/transition and business.
An active participant in leadership development, Jatrine is a
graduate of Leadership Charlotte (Class XXII) and the
Children's Defense Fund's Emerging Leaders Program and is
currently involved in the Coaches Training Institute’s Co-Active
Leadership Program. She is a sought after coach of MBA
candidates in the Leadership Initiative Program for the McColl
School of Business and has also offered training programs for
Duke University's Non-profit Management Program. Jatrine is a
graduate of the 2003 Impact Fund and currently serves on the
Steering Committee.
Jatrine is a founding member of the Charlotte chapter of the
International Coaching Federation and served as Board Secretary.
She served as a Premier Coach of eWomen Network, a member of
the Entrepreneurial Aspirations Committee of the Charlotte
Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association of Women
Business Owners.
